Diagnose a problem without losing the trail
Start by identifying whether the affected feature is local or server-owned. Preserve receipts and never include passwords, payment credentials or one-time codes in a report.
UPDATED 7 SEPTEMBER 2026Support guidance for browser compatibility, local progress, connected accounts, purchases and useful bug reports.
Before reporting a fault
Record the device model, operating-system version, browser, language, game mode and exact step where the problem occurred. State whether the connection indicator showed online or offline and whether the page recovered after one normal reload. A short sequence of reproducible steps is more useful than a general description.
Do not clear browser storage before deciding whether local Story progress or device preferences matter. Before changing browsers or devices, preserve the details needed to reproduce the fault. Never include passwords, payment-card details, authentication codes or private documents.
Local data and connected data
Language, sound preferences and an offline Story run can remain on the device. Account balance, purchased cosmetics, Official Streak, bounties, tournaments and verified records are server-owned. This distinction determines whether changing browser data can affect what the player sees.
If a connected result is delayed, keep the same account signed in and avoid repeating a paid action. For a checkout concern, retain the Stripe receipt and the approximate time of payment. High Noon Duels never needs a full card number to investigate a game credit status.
Current support routes
Email info@highnoonduels.com for browser, account, progress and gameplay incidents. Include the device, browser, game mode, approximate time and reproducible steps. The Field Manual explains controls and mode rules; the privacy notice explains account data; and the service rules cover balances, purchases and competitive records.
For a checkout or card-charge concern, keep the Stripe receipt and use the support link supplied by the payment provider. Include the approximate payment time and High Noon account alias, but never send a full card number, password or authentication code.
